  • Isaiah 55

Looking at the chapter. The most famous section is likely verses 8-9: Isaiah 55:8-9 KJV8  For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.9  For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

The Hebrew name of the book is “In the Wilderness,” and that is a much better description. This book is about the bad decisions that made Israel roam the desert for 40 years and kept Moses from the promised land. Also we look in depth at the story of the 12 spies in Canaan.
